			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome back, everyone! I hope you all had a great research week last week. We&#8217;re on to <a href="http://lis9763.net/week-9">week 9</a> &#8212; this week we&#8217;re looking at participation in microblogging and lifestreaming apps and this week&#8217;s lecture specifically tackles the notion of the real-time web. I have to confess that the examples in this week&#8217;s lecture are stale because I&#8217;ve had to use the lecture I did on the topic a few months ago. Vimeo is having some issues and won&#8217;t let me upload the lecture I just recorded (content is the same, just updated the examples), so I thought it best to go with a previous version for now. I&#8217;ll keep at it and let you know if I have success uploading the new lecture!</p>
